Financial Fair Play Rule (Anti Whale Mechanism)

Just like the Financial Fair Play regulation implemented by UEFA, we will also be limiting the amount of $GOL one can transact.

The threshold will be 3% of the total supply, which is equivalent to 7.5 GOL based on the initial supply.

Do note that this amount will change as the total supply changes.
