Auto Emission Reduction is a function in the code that will reduce the emission rate of $GOL over time.

This reduction will take place every 8 hours and the emission rate will reduce by 4%.

This will continue until the emission rate of $GOL reaches 0.1 $GOL per block.

With this equipped, inflation can be curbed since the emission will eventually be reduced to 0.1 $GOL per block from the initial 0.5 $GOL per block
